Jane Admin Credentials

EverSync uses your _front_desk_session cookie to authenticate with Jane — automatic username/password login is unreliable in server environments. The cookie is used once to discover practitioners and is never stored.

📋 How to get your session cookie:

  1. Open Chrome and log in to
  2. Press F12 to open DevTools
  3. Go to Application tab → Cookies (left sidebar)
  4. Click the janeapp.com entry → find _front_desk_session
  5. Copy the Value and paste it below

Discover Practitioners

EverSync will log in to and automatically find all practitioners and their ICS calendar feeds.

Click below to start auto-discovery.

This opens a headless browser, logs in, and scans each practitioner's admin profile for their ICS feed token. Takes 20–60 seconds depending on the number of staff.

Uncheck any practitioners you don't want to sync. Practitioners without ICS tokens are pre-unchecked.

Assign Calendars

Pick a HighLevel calendar for each practitioner's appointments.

Choose Auto-create to have EverSync make a new HL calendar named after the practitioner, or pick any existing calendar from the dropdown.

Patient Number Field

EverSync can write each patient's Jane patient number into a HL custom field — applied to all practitioners in this setup.

Leave blank to skip.
